About the Event
We will meet in front of the library of Little Rock Central High School. The library is on the North side of the building on W. Daisy L. Gatson Bates Dr.
Dr. Jason Holland, professor of math at Harding University, first started studying the night skies when he was teaching in west Texas. He soon began photographing the the skies as well. He is in a perpetual state of patiently waiting for the next clear night.
At our first Central Arkansas ACS meeting of Spring 2020, Dr. Holland will talk to us about his astrophotography hobby and will demonstrate how he uses his equipment to get amazing images of objects in space.
You will want to enter the building at the library which is on the north side of the building. Don't worry about the weather - the equipment demonstration will be inside!
